Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior AI Native Engineer to design, implement and scale enterprise AI agents on the Databricks platform. You will work directly with clients to prototype, deploy and govern AI-driven solutions across industries, ensuring robust, secure and observable systems.

The role requires deep expertise in Python/Java, Databricks tools, CI/CD, and MLOps, with travel up to 25–75% and a hybrid Dallas, TX office location. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Databricks and large-scale data projects.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java; strong CI/CD and observability experience.
• Experience deploying production AI/ML systems; practical MLOps/LLMOps.
• Hands-on with agentic AI solutions and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing and tool invocation.
• Architect AI-native solutions on Databricks with governance and scalable patterns.
• Lead client workstreams, define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety and cost.
