Job summary

Domyn is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of enterprise AI solutions for financial workflows. You will architect scalable AI capabilities, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure robust, secure implementations across data environments.

The role emphasizes large-scale system design, agentic platforms, and responsible AI with collaboration across engineering, product, research, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software/ML/AI engineering delivering scalable AI solutions, preferably for financial systems.
• Strong Python with production‑level code, well‑documented and explainable.
• Expertise deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
• Deep experience with large language models, transformers, and generative AI.
• Knowledge in NLP, Information Retrieval, or related ML fields.
• Cloud proficiency across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure; distributed system infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of agentic AI systems for financial workflows.
• Own APIs and integration points for AI services within the product ecosystem.
• Ensure models are secure, auditable, and compliant with standards.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, latency, and cost.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.
• Troubleshoot complex AI system issues and guide engineering teams.
• Collaborate with researchers and financial SMEs to translate requirements.
• Stay ahead of AI tech trends and implement scalable architectures.
