Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Significant experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM-based production applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, evaluation, and governance.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, data platforms, and scalable systems.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives and governance requirements.
• Build and deploy LLM workflows, prompt orchestration, agents, RAG apps, and model integrations.
• Develop prompt strategies, grounding, tool-calling patterns, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure access to trusted data sources.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, datasets, scoring rubrics, and benchmarks.
• Monitor output quality, latency, cost, and hallucination risk; drive improvements.
• Document behavior, limitations, controls, and operational monitoring.
