Job summary

The Martin-Brower Co. is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI applications at scale across supply chain and operations.

You will build scalable architectures, implement agentic AI patterns, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. Requires 4–6 years in software/AI and strong Python, ML frameworks, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field, 4–6 years in software/AI.
• 3+ years deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale apps and cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git and DevOps.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks, LLMs, vectors, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI applications and services.
• Develop scalable architectures integrating AI into business systems.
• Implement agentic AI patterns to reason, retrieve data, trigger workflows.
• Define reusable agent frameworks for Supply Chain, ROP, Call Center, and Ops.
• Mentor developers and analysts on AI engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
