Job summary

Martinrea International is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect – AI Management to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions across ERP, MES, and business applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

You will own AI governance with the IT Lead, drive AI orchestration, data pipelines, and collaboration with business units to translate complex requirements into robust technical architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing AI solutions for enterprise apps.
• Hands-on expertise in Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with AI orchestration and MLOps.
• Proficiency with Airflow, Airbyte, MLFlow, Kafka.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable AI architectures aligned with governance standards.
• Collaborate with AI Management Lead to ensure policy compliance.
• Translate standards into technical designs and implementations.
• Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and MES via APIs and microservices.
• Develop and deploy AI solutions, including LLM apps and RAG pipelines.
• Define data pipelines and access patterns for AI use cases.
• Develop, test, and optimize AI models and workflows.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns to accelerate adoption.
• Support units prototyping and deployment of AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and improve enterprise architecture.
