Job summary

Mindera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Applied Data to join an agile team that values voice and code in equal measure. You will build complex enterprise agentic AI solutions, orchestrate agents, and ensure secure, deterministic tool execution across enterprise systems.

You will shape architecture, implement MCP servers, and drive delivery with IaC and CI/CD, while collaborating with stakeholders and leadership. Global travel may occur as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with MCP, function calling, structured outputs, and evaluation systems.
• Strong production software engineering practices: Python, REST, CI/CD, Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise agentic AI solutions.
• Ensure secure integration between foundation models, enterprise data and tools.
• Lead evaluation, verification, and governance across AI systems.
