Job summary

Mirakl in Boston is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the AI transformation across domains such as Sales, GTM and Marketing or Finance & Legal. You will merge deep AI engineering with product insight to identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive architecture decisions for production-grade AI systems, mentor engineers, and push for scalable, observable AI solutions across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Strategy for your domain and define roadmaps.
• Lead AI system development and production-grade architecture decisions.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact of AI initiatives.
• Establish technical excellence with guardrails, testing, observability, and reviews.
• Grow AI capability by mentoring engineers and sharing reusable components.
