Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI and ML solutions on Databricks, partnering with clients and cross‑functional teams to define generative AI use cases and robust data platforms.

You will design and deploy production pipelines, governance models, and agentic AI capabilities, focusing on responsible engineering, MLOps, and client interaction in a hybrid environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification (professional/associate).
• Strong Python, PySpark, Scala skills.
• Excellent collaboration across hybrid teams.
• Production AI/ML on Databricks experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable ML and agentic AI on Databricks.
• Build data pipelines and AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes with MLflow.
• Develop governed ontologies and semantic models.
• Travel to engage with clients as needed.
