Job summary

Telia Company is seeking a Senior AI & Data Engineer to join our team focused on building AI-powered sales and MarTech capabilities that personalize customer journeys. You will lead data, integration, and AI engineering foundations powering Telia’s AI agents and recommendations.

You’ll build scalable data pipelines, APIs, and data products across customer, offer, product, and behavioral data to enable AI-enabled sales journeys.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL for data engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and scalable data pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures and agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build data, integration, and AI engineering foundations for Sales AI agents and personalization.
• Create scalable data pipelines, APIs and integrations across Telia’s AI space.
• Develop reliable data products from customer, product, and behavioral data.
• Enable AI engineering capabilities such as RAG, feature pipelines, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product owners and engineers to ship solutions.
