Job summary

Telia Company is seeking a Senior AI & Data Engineer to join our team focused on building AI-powered sales and MarTech capabilities that personalize customer journeys. You will lead data, integration, and AI engineering foundations powering Telia’s AI agents and recommendations.

You’ll build scalable data pipelines, APIs, and data products across customer, offer, product, and behavioral data to enable AI-enabled sales journeys.

We’re looking for a Senior AI & Data Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Ravi Kumar Naramsetty, Head of Sales AI & MarTech IT SE, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building AI-powered sales and MarTech capabilities that personalize customer journeys and enable scalable, trusted digital sales.

What you’ll do:

You will build the data, integration, and AI engineering foundations that power our Sales AI agents, recommendations, and customer journeys.

Build scalable data pipelines, APIs, integrations for AI agents, recommendations and personalization use cases across Telia’s consumer AI space.

Create reliable data products using customer, offer, product, subscription and behavioral data for AI-enabled sales journeys.

Enable AI engineering capabilities such as RAG, feature pipelines, real-time decisioning, observability, and quality controls.

Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product owners and engineers to move AI solutions from idea to production.

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex data problems and building production-ready AI capabilities.

Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and modern data architecture patterns, and Agentic AI capabilities.

Ability to build scalable integrations and data products for GenAI, AI agents, RAG, recommendations or personalization use cases.

Experience with Agile/SAFe, cross-functional delivery and fluent English; telecom, Sales, CRM, MarTech or eCommerce is a plus.
