Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science or AI disciplines.
• BS in Engineering/CS from a top-tier university.
• Graduate study in AI/ML desirable.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade ML solutions.
• Strong software engineering skills for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML-powered data migration solutions.
• Apply ML and data science to migration problems: transformation, mapping, classification, reconciliation, validation.
• Own technical projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment.
• Independently drive solutions to complex problems.
• Build scalable production systems, not just prototypes.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure deployment and monitoring practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain experts.
• Help establish AI engineering patterns and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
