Job summary

You will build and deploy advanced propensity models to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value, collaborating with marketing and tech teams.

You will translate complex analytics into actionable customer journeys and continuously monitor model performance to drive business impact, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant experience with predictive/propensity models.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL for data science.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining models in production.
• Experience with large-scale data manipulation and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy advanced propensity models.
• Collaborate with base management pods to translate business problems to data insights.
• Translate model outputs into personalized customer journeys for marketing.
• Monitor and refine model performance for accuracy and impact.
• Work with data engineering to scale ML workflows and production systems.
