Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an AI engineer on the CRAFT team to turn research into production-grade features across our roadmap, including tools for agent evaluation and continuous improvement. You'll own features from the user experience through backend services and model integrations.

You'll translate research in post-training and model evaluation into practical products that help customers understand and improve their models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of industry software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
• Strong fundamentals: system design, testing, debugging, and production operations.
• Good product judgment and ability to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver usable solutions.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents with tool use and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own features from user experience through backend services and model integrations.
• Translate research in post-training and model evaluation into practical products.
• Collaborate with researchers and customers to define problems and tradeoffs.
• Work autonomously on roadmap within the CRAFT team.
