CoreWeave in the United States is seeking a strong ML researcher/engineer to join the CRAFT team. You will generate and evaluate research ideas to advance continuous learning in production, collaborating across GPU-rich infrastructure to push self-improving agents.

You'll work with LLM post-training techniques, CUDA kernels to dashboards, and help scale AI with a focus on practical reliability and fast learning. The role offers base pay, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS, ML, robotics or related field.
• 4+ years ML exp or PhD with 2+ years industry exp focusing on model training.
• Strong Python with PyTorch or JAX.
• Solid knowledge of LLM post-training techniques (supervised fine-tuning, RL, on-policy distillation).
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.

Responsabilités

• Generate and investigate research ideas toward solving obstacles to continuous learning in production.
• Validate research directions with the CRAFT team on real customer tasks.
