Job summary

CoreWeave in the United States is seeking an experienced ML Research Engineer to advance self-improving agents. You will propose research directions, validate across real customer tasks, and work with GPU-rich infrastructure to push the state of the art.

You will touch CUDA kernels, LLM tracing dashboards, and end-to-end production pipelines, shaping the roadmap of the CRAFT team while maintaining autonomy and high-quality shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Robotics, or related field.
• 4+ years in machine learning, or 2+ years with a PhD; strong focus on model training.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Understanding of LLM post-training techniques including supervised fine-tuning and RL.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong research and problem-solving能力 in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate and investigate research ideas toward solving remaining obstacles to continuous learning in production.
• Validate research directions with the broader CRAFT team on real customer tasks.
• Utilize GPU-rich infrastructure to accelerate experimentation and deployment.
