You will define technical direction, build retrieval pipelines and tool-augmented agents, and ensure strong observability, evaluation, and guardrails. Collaboration with host-function stakeholders ensures real-world fit and smooth handover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in production AI-powered apps.
• Experience with building LLM-powered applications (RAG, tool-augmented agents, or agentic workflows).
• Knowledge of memory, tools, and retrieval in multi-step tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and ship AI-powered features to production standards.
• Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Contribute to evaluation, observability, and guardrails for agentic systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows and systems.
• Maintain high code quality and documentation for reuse.
