Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience and can work full-time on a W2 basis without sponsorship. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• AI Engineer role with strong backend experience in TypeScript/Node.js (preferred) or Python.
• Experience designing multi-agent systems and integrating LLMs with internal/external APIs.
• Experience building LLM harnesses/scaffolds, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling architectures.
