Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience considered.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, systems design, secure coding practices, and enterprise app development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance the SDLC.
• Build AI-powered developer tools, agent-based workflows, code verification, and automated security reviews.
• Develop solutions supporting secure AI-generated code, policy enforcement, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Integrate AI apps with enterprise systems including source control, ticketing, CI/CD, security tools, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design scalable APIs, data models, and service architectures with security and observability in mind.
• Evaluate AI system performance, reliability, cost, and production readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, and deliver innovative AI engineering solutions.
