Ladders is seeking an AI Foundry Platform Engineer to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive. The role builds and supports secure AI platform capabilities on Azure, focusing on reliable deployments, private connectivity and enterprise integration.

Remote for US-based candidates only. Compensation: $117,000–$177,000 annually. You will help deliver scalable AI services in regulated environments, improve observability, runbooks, monitoring, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Azure engineering experience, including networking and secure PaaS delivery.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and similar AI application platforms.
• Troubleshoot across multiple layers, including application, network, identity, and cloud.
• Hands-on scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Familiarity with Azure Government or regulated-environment delivery preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Foundry Platform Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on building and supporting secure AI platform capabilities on Azure, with an emphasis on reliable deployment patterns, private connectivity, and enterprise integration. The engineer will help enable model-based solutions in regulated environments while improving observability, operational readiness, and supportability. In partnership with application, network, identity, and cloud teams, this person will help ensure AI services are delivered safely, efficiently, and at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,000 - $177,000 annually
