Job summary

Wrapbook is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II, Applied AI for its Agentic Systems team. This fully remote role is open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

You will design and build production-grade AI agents that automate multi-step workflows across internal teams, using LangGraph and Bedrock AgentCore to ensure secure, scalable operations. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations, and Finance to identify high-leverage processes, gather requirements, and ship

Qualifications

• 6+ years of back-end development experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered agents or workflows.
• Production experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen; understanding of AI architectures like RAG and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents with LangGraph that automate multi-step workflows.
• Deploy and scale agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore while managing costs and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify high-impact workflows and translate them into agent-driven solutions.
• Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and third-party tools for real actions.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and guardrail frameworks to ensure agent quality and safe operation.
