Job summary

Wrapbook is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II, Applied AI to join our Agentic Systems team. You’ll build AI agents that automate workflows for internal teams, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations, and Finance to turn needs into agent-driven solutions.

You will design, ship and iterate on agents that operate across Wrapbook, with a focus on security, scalability and cost awareness while supporting adoption across the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js or Java.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered agents or workflows.
• Production experience with agent or LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
• Security-first mindset with focus on data access and failure modes.
• Strong product sense and communication with non-technical teams.
• Ability to own projects from idea to production independently.
• Nice to have: AWS workloads in production and Bedrock AgentCore experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents with LangGraph to automate multi-step workflows across Wrapbook.
• Deploy, run and scale agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, ensuring security, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to extract requirements and translate them into agent-driven solutions.
• Integrate agents with Wrapbook's internal systems and third-party tools to perform real actions.
• Build evaluation, observability and guardrail frameworks to measure agent quality and reduce failures.
• Establish reusable patterns and tools to ship new agents quickly and consistently.
• Own agents end to end from prototyping to production and iterate based on usage data.
• Drive adoption through documentation, training and enablement.
