Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AI leader to build and run an AI Center of Excellence, setting enterprise vision, standards, and governance for responsible adoption.

You will bridge business, technology, and compliance to deliver secure, compliant, high-impact AI outcomes—apply to shape AI at scale. Responsibilities include defining strategy, leading cross-functional teams, establishing standards, and overseeing tool governance with AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI-DLC and lifecycle governance.
• Leadership experience in enterprise AI programs.
• Ability to advise executive leadership on AI risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the AI Center of Excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align on AI standards, best practices, and success measures.
• Establish AI technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Design governance frameworks for token management, access provisioning, policy enforcement, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Oversee evaluation and approval of AI tools, models, and services for policy alignment.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security to design scalable, secure integrations.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines for AI solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to align governance, priorities, and ROI.
