Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems leveraging LLMs, Python, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native technologies. The role involves building scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and working across AI strategy with executives.

You will tackle end-to-end AI projects, from concept through deployment, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliability and performance in enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong experience with Python development.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application design patterns.
• Experience deploying applications within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
