What You’ll Do

Develop and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions to boost productivity across software engineering and IT services.
Build and fine-tune AI models using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and orchestrate with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
Design robust AI development pipelines covering testing, staging, production, and lifecycle management with rollback and versioning.
Implement advanced evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure system reliability and performance at scale.
Enhance development workflows using GitHub Copilot, vector-based RAG systems, and monitoring via Dynatrace.
Drive continuous improvement through AI-powered test automation, shared prompt libraries, and real-time feedback loops.

What You Bring

Significant experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Servers, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Implement vector-based retrieval (RAG) systems with production-grade optimization.
Advanced Python skills and expert-level prompt engineering.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML systems — including model versioning, A/B testing, and scaling.
Strong experience with DevOps, automation, and AI observability tools: Functionize, Mabl, n8n, Dynatrace.
Naturally innovative, and a passionate AI evangelist.
