PayPal is seeking a senior leader to drive horizontal AI operations and enablement across the organization. You will build the mechanisms that connect groups with AI capabilities, coordinate with the AI Acceleration team, Finance, and Engineering, and track progress on priority initiatives.

You will partner with initiative owners to translate the AI strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-team dependencies, and prepare leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.

Responsabilités

• Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.
• Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
• Establish and maintain program management processes and standards.
• Monitor program progress and performance against objectives.
• Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive horizontal AI enablement operations, establishing practical ways for supported organizations to engage with AI Acceleration, access relevant resources, and advance their AI efforts.
• Help partner with CoS and translate the Chief AI Transformation & Simplification Officer's strategy into aligned activities and execution plans across the horizontal organizations the role supports.
