Telnyx LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Enablement team. You will help build tools that empower both customers and employees to leverage our AI capabilities through seamless service integrations.

You will design and operate production services, develop reusable primitives for meetings, browsing, search, email, and payments, and contribute to the platform's architecture and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with building and operating production AI/agent services.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and tool calling.
• Ability to design reliable, secure systems for external integrations.

• Design, build, and operate production AI agent services.
• Develop internal tools to improve employee efficiency.
• Create external integrations and customer-facing connectors.
• Develop reusable primitives for meetings, browsing, search, email, payments.
• Define interfaces and workflows for agent use.

• Improve safety, observability, testing, and operational reliability.
