Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts as an individual contributor in Python
• Build tools and systems to harness AI models and platforms for Garmin engineers
• Develop AI plugins, skills and agents integrating Garmin tools and knowledge bases
• Create repeatable patterns for configuring and applying AI in engineering workflows
• Build and maintain systems for sharing AI plugins across Garmin
• Develop benchmarks to differentiate AI models by cost vs performance
• steward AI platform features, assess risks, and guide usage and enablement
• Research emerging AI techniques and prototypes with potential impact
• Create training materials, demos, and practical guidance for engineers
• Partner with engineering teams to understand needs and disseminate best practices
