Job summary

CREO’s AI Enablement team helps life sciences, healthcare, and tech organizations unlock AI value. You will design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions aligned to client needs, prototype AI agents, and support governance and adoption across engagements.

You will translate business pain points into practical AI opportunities, draft requirements and design artifacts, and work with senior engineers to deliver enablement, strategy, and implementation support. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or demonstrated work experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions.
• Experience communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts and risk considerations.

Responsibilities
