Job summary

OMI Specialty Products, LLC in Fullerton, CA is seeking a hands-on AI Analyst to turn ERP and sales data into actionable insight. You will build AI tools and automations used daily by sales, purchasing, finance, and operations teams across a global company.

Responsibilities include designing AI assistants, analyzing ERP data with SQL, automating reporting, and integrating AI tools with our systems. Experience with AI tools, Power BI, and ERP familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst, BI, or process automation; aerospace/manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) including prompts and light automations.
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboards; APIs/Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy AI assistants and agents to automate quoting, emailing, reporting, and document review.
• Pull and analyze ERP data (Quantum Control on Oracle) using SQL to answer bookings, shipments, margins, pricing, inventory, and trends.
• Create repeatable reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and sales teams.
