Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain AI Steward in a hybrid role, based in Charlotte, NC or Towson, MD.

You will bridge business and IT to translate operational needs into AI‑enabled solutions and lead high‑value AI use cases across planning, analytics, and decision‑support processes. You will design AI agents, govern data quality and security, and partner with Kinaxis, Copilot Studio, Zenlytic, MCP, Foundry, Power BI, SQL and Python to deploy scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, data & analytics, digital product management, AI/automation, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience developing, configuring, or enabling AI agents, machine learning and/or workflow-based automation solutions.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning and strong understanding of supply chain processes, decision points, and operational workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across business and IT organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI capability strategy and use-case delivery across Supply Chain.
• Design and scale AI agents and copilots for planning, analytics, and decision support.
• Define governance, data readiness, and secure integrations for AI projects.
• Develop AI-enhanced dashboards and analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Mentor analysts and partner with IT and business to drive adoption.
