Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of the Workforce Management platform covering paid time off and time and labor management. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define AI-driven capabilities, and partner across functions to deliver scalable, trusted experiences.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking and execution, applying AI to real business problems, improving efficiency, and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Workforce management products is required.
• Experience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Compliance is a plus.
• Passion for building trustworthy, useful AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off, Time and Labor Management products.
• Translates business goals into concrete strategy and tactical plans.
• Manages the product line life cycle from strategic planning to execution.
• Assesses market requirements via market research and stakeholder discussions.
• Identifies and prioritizes high-value use cases based on data, needs, and feasibility.
• Identifies AI opportunities within WFM and translates into scalable initiatives.
• Develops, implements, and manages product features with development partners.
• Prepares detailed product requirements and statements of work.
• Collaborates with domain PMs, engineering, data, UX, legal, and GTM teams.
• Monitors performance and outcomes to optimize adoption and roadmap decisions.
