Build scalable web apps, integrate LLM capabilities, and lead AI-driven features with robust testing and security practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong software fundamentals with practical experience applying AI-assisted development workflows and production-grade LLM integrations in real estate tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on with React, TS, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into production code.
• Familiar with testing: unit, integration, functional, performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production web applications using React, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL.
• Lead AI-enabled product feature development and LLM integration.
• Evaluate where AI adds value vs traditional solutions.
• Design LLM integration patterns and guardrails.
• Mentor engineers in AI-assisted workflows and code quality.
• Create thorough test coverage across unit/integration/functional.
