Hands‑on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, C#, .NET, and SQL. Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or delivery speed. Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into application code, including prompt design, structured outputs, error handling, and production monitoring. Demonstrated knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, API design, and scalable application architecture. Experience working within Kanban‑oriented engineering teams with strong collaboration across product, design, QA, and engineering stakeholders. Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions, risks, tradeoffs, and implementation plans within and across teams. Ability to lead work independently, mentor other engineers, manage competing priorities, and deliver high‑quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
Self‑starter with a strong product mindset and a desire to solve business problems with the help of others. Deep understanding of React architecture, component design, state management, accessibility, and performance optimization. Experience architecting systems using C#, .NET, SQL, REST APIs, and service‑oriented application patterns. Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, code review practices, and automated quality gates.
