Job summary

This on-site heavy role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) and a strong emphasis on scalable, customer-facing solutions. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining web apps, leading AI-driven features, and mentoring engineers while applying SOLID principles and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into production code.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, design patterns, and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production web applications using React, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Lead the development of AI-enabled product features that integrate LLM capabilities into workflows.
• Apply engineering judgment to determine when AI adds value vs. traditional solutions.
• Create LLM integration patterns, guardrails, and reliable error handling.
• Mentor engineers, promote code quality, testing strategies, and responsible AI usage.
