Job summary

Cleo is seeking an AI-native Senior UX Designer to shape enterprise software in an AI-first world. You will translate complex supply-chain challenges into intuitive experiences, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams to surface intelligent capabilities in scalable workflows.

You will help evolve how UX is practiced in an AI-centered product development lifecycle and drive outcomes across business units.

Qualifications

5+ years designing complex, data-rich enterprise applications.
Experience designing adaptive AI-infused experiences balancing guidance, automation, and user control.
Strong systems thinking and collaboration across product, engineering and design.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate problems into actionable design strategies.
Portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking from framing to shipped outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define experience strategy across key platform areas, surfacing AI-driven capabilities.
Lead problem framing and user insight development for complex supply chain workflows.
Translate ambiguity into clear direction using fidelity from concepts to high-fidelity UI.
Design AI-centered experiences leveraging recommendations, automation, and conversational interfaces.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation in iterative environments.
