Job summary

Cleo (US) is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a supply chain advisor and integration technologist throughout the sales cycle. You will connect customer challenges to Cleo's platform outcomes, tailoring end-to-end integration designs for ERP/WMS/TMS ecosystems and leading AI-enabled POCs and RFI/RFP responses.

You will translate complex architectures into business value for executives, demonstrate ROI in real environments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with EDI and B2B integrations; understand ERP/WMS/TMS.
• Ability to translate architecture to business outcomes for executives.
• Experience articulating AI capabilities to technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as the supply chain expert, technical lead, trusted adviser through the sales cycle.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business and tech requirements, including AI value.
• Translate architecture into business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures for ERP/WMS/TMS and trading partners.
• Demonstrate Cleo solutions via on-site and remote presentations and demos.
• Lead POC scoping and execution with measurable ROI criteria.
• Own technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and differentiate Cleo’s value.
• Be Cleo’s AI subject matter expert in customer conversations.
• Apply AI tools across the sales cycle to accelerate ROI and proofs.
• Collaborate with Product Management on voice-of-the-customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Professional Services for handoffs.
• Build reusable assets, demo scripts, and POC frameworks.
