Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business, IT/CS, finance, or analytics field preferred.
Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis required.
Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

Responsibilities

Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
