Job summary

NVIDIA is hiring a test automation engineer in Santa Clara to design and implement automated tests for device driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux.

You will build Python tools to automate testing, analyze results, report defects, and drive QA initiatives, collaborating with leaders in a fast-paced onsite environment. Strong Python experience and OS fundamentals are required, with excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BE/MS in CS/CE/ET or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Python programming experience.
• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Strong OS fundamentals across Linux/Unix/Windows.
• Experience using AI tools to automate test cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests for NVIDIA device driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux.
• Build tools, utilities, and frameworks in Python to automate testing workflows.
• Develop and implement automated and manual tests, analyze results, report defects; drive issues to closure.
• Measure code coverage and drive enhancements.
