Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Senior Automation and Tools Development Engineer for the GPU SWQA team. The role focuses on AI-driven automation of test cases across Windows and Linux, developing tools in Python, and expanding test coverage within the device driver and SDK domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, estimate tasks, and deliver reliable, well-documented software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
4+ years of Python programming experience with OO design.
Experience with databases/storage like SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
Strong OS fundamentals and PC hardware knowledge on Linux/Windows.
Experience applying AI tools to automate test workflows and QA processes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated tests using AI tech for NVIDIA device driver software and SDKs on Windows and Linux.
Build tools and frameworks in Python to automate and optimize GPU testing workflows.
Develop and execute automated and manual tests, report defects, and drive issues to closure.
Measure and improve code coverage and contribute to testing strategy.
Provide peer code reviews and create realistic delivery schedules, onsite collaboration.
