Job summary
ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineering team. The role focuses on cloud-based reliability, observability, and scalable infrastructure across AWS/Azure, with AI-native automation to reduce manual toil.
You will work on on-call rotations, build dashboards, and drive SLOs/SLIs while collaborating with product teams to ensure robust systems at scale.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in SRE or related roles.
- Hands-on Kubernetes, AI-native SRE practices, and scalable systems.
- Experience with SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets in real services.
Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call rotation and diagnose production issues using runbooks.
- Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting (SLIs/SLOs).
- Operate and improve the Kubernetes-based compute platform across clouds.
- Collaborate on cloud networking (AWS/Azure) for reliability and scalability.
- Investigate incidents with RCA and remediation actions.
- Develop AI agents to automate repetitive SRE tasks and enhance reliability.
- Review architecture with product teams prior to shipping, and write runbooks.
- Help define non-functional requirements like scalability and performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and promote safe, rapid deployments.
