Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Reinvention Deployment Engineering team. You will be embedded inside client enterprises, driving production AI platforms, from architecture through adoption, with a focus on time-to-value, reliability, and scalability.

You will work across procurement, security, and data realms, translating strategic requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, containers, and serverless
• 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments
• 3+ years of deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models)
• 8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with delivery oversight and team development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments, owning architecture through adoption
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes including time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability
• Lead rapid experimentation to convert business problems into production systems
• Architect and govern AI solutions across identity, data, security, governance, and workflow integrations
• Shape AI reinvention strategy and connect cost-out objectives to scalable AI architectures
• Define and publish reusable reinvention blueprints and accelerators
• Lead architecture design sessions and executive workshops with client leadership
• Codify delivery learnings and engineering standards for the FDE practice
• Design and deploy AI-powered procurement solutions within enterprise environments
• Translate S&P procurement requirements into scalable AI architectures and agentic workflows
