Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT solutions delivery experience spanning the full lifecycle (analysis, build, test, support).
• Hands-on proficiency with AI-enabled delivery and AI-assisted analysis/requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation, with ability to influence at leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead support and application environment operations across a portfolio of applications, ensuring reliability and availability.
• Design, build, test, and rollout technology solutions delivering high-leverage outcomes.
• Perform analysis and requirements gathering using AI to accelerate elicitation, synthesis, and documentation.
