Propeller Industries, LLC seeks a Senior Software and Integrations Engineer to join their remote IT Services team. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, AI features, and full-stack development from data model to API and interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Strong in two or three of the four domains (data engineering, AI, application development, DevOps); comfortable contributing in the others with room to grow.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: you work with AI tools in your own workflow today, and you can walk us through how it changes what you produce.
• Works effectively with limited supervision; self-directed on execution within direction, architecture, and standards set by leadership.
• Strong peer collaborator and reviewer; shares knowledge across the team.
• Makes sound technical decisions independently and knows when to escape.
• Raises strategy, budget/cost, and cross-functional decisions to leadership rather than owning them.

Responsabilités

• Take technical ownership of assigned solutions with accountability for quality and delivery.
• Define solutions: translate requirements into technical designs, approaches, and plans.
• Implement full-stack, hands-on delivery from data model to API to interface.
• Own testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end; validate against requirements before release.
