Propeller Industries, LLC is seeking a Senior Software and Integrations Engineer to own end-to-end delivery across data pipelines, AI features, and integrations. You will work remotely with occasional in-person meetings, collaborating with engineering leadership and client teams to ship reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Experience across two or three of data engineering, AI, application development, and DevOps.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to explain AI-driven decisions.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision and strong collaboration across teams.
• Ability to articulate architecture decisions and drive coding standards.

Responsabilités

• Take technical ownership of assigned solutions and ensure quality and delivery.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and plans.
• Deliver full-stack, hands-on work from data model to API to interface.
• Own testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end; ensure requirements are met before release.
• Design and build integrations connecting systems within leadership's architecture.
• Peer-review teammates' work and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to tooling, standards, and documentation.
• Track work in the team's system and keep it visible and documented.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance solution design.
