Job summary

EY is seeking a senior software engineering leader to drive design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions on a medium to large product team. You will coach a cross-functional group, ensure compliance with standards, and advance AI-forward development practices to improve quality and speed.

You will lead collaboration across Development, Engineering and Architecture teams, shaping technology strategy and implementing robust design and testing frameworks to deliver impactful software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience in software/platform engineering roles.
• CI/CD delivery with GitHub and ADO.
• Experience with AI model deployment and NLP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and escalated project aspects, coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value from current solutions and emerging technologies.
• Develop strong relationships across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Provide leadership for the work group to deliver projects with appropriate practices and structures.
• Drive consistency in processes, standards, and technical design for technology standards.
