Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the KRS live retail platform across POS, Back Office, Admin, and Store App. You will drive AI-assisted development, maintain system architecture, and ensure high release quality and production stability while mentoring other developers.

You will design integrations with payment terminals, ERP, and data platforms, review AI outputs and vendor deliverables, and lead incident response with automated testing to prevent outages.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including senior-level ownership of a production business system.
• Experience using AI coding assistants for day-to-day development and ability to review, test, and correct AI-generated code.
• Experience designing software architecture and system integrations (payment processors, ERP, data platforms, APIs).
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with code review, Git-based merge-request workflows, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• AI-Driven Development (Vibe Coding) — Direct AI coding assistants and verify features across POS, checkout/payments, refunds, Back Office, Admin, and Store App.
• Architecture & Technical Design — Own KRS architecture on Odoo framework in a multi-tenant environment; design integrations with payment terminals, Snowflake, and ERP systems.
• Review & Correction of AI-Generated & Vendor Work — Review AI changes and vendor merges for defects and risks before merge.
• Production Quality, Deployment & Incident Response — Own release quality from Dev to Production; lead root-cause analysis and hotfixes; maintain automated tests.
• KRS Domain Ownership & Stakeholder Collaboration — Collaborate with Sales Ops, store teams, project manager; translate specs into scope and manage risks.
• Senior Technical Leadership & Developer Support — Set standards for coding and AI usage; mentor developers and keep docs up to date.
