Qualifications

• Production software, data, and AI‑enabled solutions experience.
• Experience leading design/architecture across large multi‑team initiatives.
• Mentoring engineers through design reviews, code reviews, or pair programming.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with source control, testing, CI/CD, observability, and orchestration practices.
• Experience building cloud‑native solutions on AWS with serverless, event‑driven, and containerized apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate trade‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI, data, and software solutions across systems and data pipelines.
• Apply AI‑DLC practices to accelerate development while ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
• Partner with architects, SMEs, and users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and operationalize generative AI, agentic AI, semantic layer, and RAG capabilities with modern standards.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing timelines, risk, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and hands‑on coaching while delivering solutions.
• Continuously evaluate AI models and engineering practices to improve outcomes.
