Kiss Products is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the KRS live retail platform across store tenants. You will direct AI coding tools, own system architecture on the Odoo framework, and mentor other developers.

You review AI-generated code and vendor work to ensure release quality and production stability, coordinating with store teams and vendors. You will design integrations with payment terminals, Snowflake, and ERP systems, and lead incident response and post-deployment verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with senior ownership of a production business system.
• Experience using AI coding assistants for day-to-day development and reviewing AI-generated code.
• Experience designing software architecture and system integrations (payment processors, ERP, data platforms, APIs).
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with code review, Git-based merge requests, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).

Responsabilités

• AI-Driven Development: Build and enhance KRS features by directing AI coding assistants in natural language.
• Own KRS architecture on the Odoo framework (KRS Admin on Odoo 18) in a multi-tenant environment.
• Review AI-generated changes and vendor work for defects and risks before merge.
• Lead release quality, deployments, and incident response for production issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, store teams, and vendors to translate specs into deliverable scope.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other KRS developers and maintain docs.
