HighLevel is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to own product problems from idea to architecture, prototype, production, and ongoing improvement. You will harness AI tooling and modern infrastructure to deliver measurable outcomes, not just tickets.

As a key builder, you will translate business goals into robust systems, design scalable architectures, and lead rapid experimentation to evolve concepts into production-ready products with strong reliability and telemetry.

Formación

• Proven track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Experience with APIs, automation tools, or AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own outcomes end-to-end: Translate business goals into working systems; define architecture, workflows, and implementation plans; ship and maintain production-ready solutions.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly: Turn ambiguous ideas into demos in hours or days, validate them with experiments and user feedback, and evolve successful concepts into robust products.
• Build AI-native products: Design and orchestrate LLM agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, memory layers, APIs, and guardrails.
• Engineer for scale: Balance token usage, inference cost, latency, reliability, and infrastructure needs as systems grow.
• Drive operational excellence: Implement monitoring and telemetry, create evaluation loops, automate repeatable workflows, and maintain clear documentation.
