Blink Health, Seattle-based healthcare technology company, is building its first Bay Area engineering team to embed AI into its engineering culture and ship features quickly to patients.

You will lead architecture for AI-integrated systems, design scalable backend/frontend, and drive high-quality releases with cross-functional partners. This is an opportunity to shape standards and impact the prescription supply chain at scale.

Competenze

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven ownership of significant systems from design through launch.
• Active, hands-on use of AI tools as part of engineering workflow.
• Experience in distributed systems, API design, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Lead architecture and execution for complex features or systems across multiple teams or domains, with emphasis on AI-integrated solutions.
• Design and evolve backend and frontend architecture for scalable, high-performance systems.
• Write clean, efficient code and lead code reviews to raise quality.
• Actively integrate AI tooling into development workflow across the organization.
• Investigate and resolve complex performance and reliability issues end-to-end.
• Drive the release of new features with testing, documentation, and monitoring from day one.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data, and operations to shape roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate with a learning mindset and bias for action.
• Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
